MEBANE, NC (February 5, 2013) – As M3 Technology Solutions (M3t) prepares to launch a new self-service gaming kiosk, the company has chosen ARCA as its cash automation partner.
Known for its gaming IT and casino management software, m3t has developed a new solution for customers in Illinois, where an establishment with a liquor license can also host up to five slot machines. M3t’s ATM-enabled kiosk will help these establishments manage their machines by breaking bills and handling ticket redemption — streamlining activities for players and owners alike.
Building on its existing relationship with ARCA, m3t tapped the cash automation expert to provide OEM bill dispensers for the new product. Based on its knowledge of the project and market, ARCA recommended the industry-leading Fujitsu F400.
“We tested other bill dispenser products, but we really liked the line ARCA could provide,” said Dylan Waddle, COO. “We value ARCA’s expertise and we’re glad to be working with them to expand our kiosk offering.”
In addition to distributing the Fujitsu technology, ARCA will also provide integration support. “M3t has become a major supplier of full-service kiosks to Illinois gaming locations,” said ARCA’s Pete Sentowski, director of OEM sales. “We’re pleased to support them as they meet a growing customer need.”
We provide technology and services to help people control cash in bank branches, retail stores and self-service kiosks. Since the company began in 1998, ARCA has experienced strong, consistent growth and now has operations in the United States, the United Kingdom, Russia, India and China. As more companies seek new and better ways to serve their customers with transaction automation solutions, and with the continued growth of the self-service industry, ARCA\'s vision and commitment to customer service and technological innovation have helped the company become an industry leader.
